Who is Eligible
The Professional Liability Insurance Program is available to eligible psychology practitioners who are members of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and/or members of the Council of Professional Associations of Psychologists (CPAP) who are participating in the program. The CPAP is the body that represents CPA and all the provincial/territorial associations of psychology in Canada.
The following provincial/territorial association members of CPAP are participating in the program:

- Association of Psychologists of Nova Scotia - www.apns.ca
- Association of Newfoundland Psychologists - www.apnl.ca
- College of Psychologists of New Brunswick - www.cpnb.ca
Participants must maintain their membership in CPA and/or a participating CPAP provincial/territorial association to continue or renew their insurance coverage.
Psychologists and Psychological Associates who are members of CPA or a participating CPAP provincial/territorial association are eligible to participate in the program.
Graduate students may secure coverage under the policy when practicing under the direct supervision of a psychologist or psychological associate.
